
Meriwether Snipes
Costume DesignMalcolm “Meriwether” Snipes is a 2013 MFA candidate at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and received her BFA in Costume Design from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in May 2010.

Fletcher Opera Institute); The Caucasian Chalk Circle (Sonnet Repertory Theatre); Room Service, Romeo and Juliet, Is He Dead? and Anything Goes (Monomoy Theatre).
Meriwether is also a proud seventh generation Texan. Her other honors include exhibiting at the USITT Young Designer’s Forum in 2010; the Student Prague Quadrennial in 2011; and is a 2012 Princess Grace Foundation-USA Theater Award winner.
